RETURN POLICY

Buyers have 72 hours after delivery to inspect their order(s) and contact us if they wish to return an item. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm it is in showroom condition, we will issue your refund. You will receive the refunds, within 7 days of our receiving the returned item. Instead of returning the item for the refunds, the customer also has the option of using store credit.

Please note:

Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom orders are non-returnable, and non-refundable.

You will have 36 hours from the time a custom order is placed to cancel it. After 36 hours, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
